OK, they do not put the exp. date in there but that does not mean that they cannot expire?

thats my thinking two, what a pain, .com.au dose the same thing. is there any way to tell when it is going to expire if it dose get droped/

The Domain Contract shall be concluded for an indefinite period. It shall be possible for the Domain Holder to terminate it at any time without prior notice.

So the contract continues as long as it is not ended. That's why there is no expiration date; there is none (like with .nl)

[edit]---> I would consider it not so polite to post a complete whois, so that it can be indexed by robots.
