IMO these are the most valuable be:s in my collection.
(or least worthless in other wording )

First two that just might go well with the native language:
euproxy.be - or do they use a native word for proxy in Belgium?
europaforum.be - Europe is "Europa" in most european languages....
as far as I know "forum" exists in most languages...

One that make use of the extension.....
whycouldit.be

....And a few with english keywords.....
rorforum.be - might have some future potential?
coursebooks.be - if it wasn't for the .be this one would be worth something...
appraisemy.be - appraising of .be domains? (probably worthless)

Any value at all in any of these?

Europaforum is the only one that has value undeveloped, because it means europe in dutch. Stick with that one and forget about the other domains, except maybe euproxy.be, i would develope it quickly into a webproxy site.

I am a colloector of proxy domains for my own proxy. Once one domain is compromised it switches to another one and I either sell off the other one at a loss (hoping that advertising made up the difference at elast) or just junk it and let it rot somewhere. With your situation, the 0 actually does not make it that much harder to pick up as "proxy" is just as much sought after as "pr0xy" by the filtering robots. If you want this to be a private proxy then you can use anti-SEO techniques to keep your page orphaned which is what is easiest, but don't expect much traffic
If you do want to make it public, coding starts to become an issue and it takes a lot of good code to prolong the time of use to discovery. Since you will be found anyway, the ease of remeberability andword of moth spread is much more valuable and that is where the 0 hurts you.
As a reseller it would not be worth anything aas they'd have a hard time making a profit. For an EU like me, i probably would not pay regfee for it. In addition, anyone with 10 minutes can setup a proxy. There are many canned ones out there, but the value comes from eluding filters.

The problem with your euproxy.be is again it hardness of recallability and word of mouth. Proxys are learned of by word of mouth usually as most filters also ban these loopholes. the .be hurts this proxy but I am not Belgium so I do not know how popular euproxy.be would be to them and if it would be easier to remember or not.
That being said I cannot give a good resale price to this but my EU price would still be about $x as for me there are lot of other ones out there that are unregistered that would work for my purposes. A Belgium EU, However, would probably have more value for this domain than I do.

It sound like EuropaForum and EUProxy might be sellable at least

EUproxy might be more valuable once you take into account the
new law about ISP:s having to save logs of web traffic
(basically meaning less privacy for citizens of EU -> more use of proxys in EU)

I might as well try to sell appraisemy.be too, I have almost a year
to succeed
