For example if i prereged a name, after the opening they will contact me and tell me that i must pay the names? and so i will be verry happy????

Some companies are offering pre reg. But beware if they are asking for money now it is a scam.

This is a lottery where everyone who plays wins and it costs you nothin to enter.
So any time you find a valuble name thats available, apply for it.
And if the name you want is not available at one registrar, try another.
