Estate agent website

Hi,
I have a new project building a website for an estate agent.
They have to update their site every day. Is there a software anywhere i could use so they can update the website easily?
Or is there a way I can do that myself? I'm bad at programming so what would you suggest?

Are you using flash to develop the website? If so, you can load the text externally. That way, your client would simply have to make changes on a .txt file in order to update the website itself. Let us know more details, though.

Well, I thought of using Flash but then I think I will go for html. Made a search on the net and I know most designers that offer their service to real estate just design the page and provide a software that enable the estate agent to update photos, informations etc... I want in fact the same flexibility of flash in html.

Do u see better what i mean?
