Not really seeing much value here. What exactly is an 'emergent mortgage'? You can't just tack on random words to a keyword and expect it to be worth something. And according to WHOIS, it was just registered today...so it has not been registered continuously since 1997.

The domain was dropped and i registered. Is not some random words. Did you searched "emergent mortgage" on google? There is a BIG corp called Emergent Mortgage, and that will raise the domain name value alot.

I'm looking for range appraisals.

Ummm, if there is a business by that name that has a trademark on that...it will actually lower the value to nothing...because there would be a good chance of being sued for owning/using a trademark.

Ummm, you know there is such a thing as an unregistered trademark, right? A business doesn't have to register it, they just have to use it in commerce in order to have a trademark.
