Nice one, got some good stats to it, decent exact monthly searches, decent wordtracker and the rest. Doubt it will do anything parked, but I would definitely dev a minisite with this at the very least. Even better if you know how to actually offer some templates, but if not then even a general info minisite, with adsense or affiliates, should bring you some small traffic income.
reseller = $50 - 100 since it has a definite meaning and use, but not too much as it's a difficult kind of name to unload again, best to get it for dev.
end user = wide swing; might have a hard time getting $200 for this one, or they might go well into the x,xxx if they plan to market/brand a product around it. Good luck, I would have picked that one up to make one of my minisites around, good minisite name.
