I just recived this email:

"This court-ordered notice may affect your legal rights. Please read it carefully. If you purchased online advertising from Google between January 1, 2002 and the present, you are a class member in a class-action lawsuit in the Circuit Court of Miller County, Arkansas. This notice is to inform you of the Court’s certification of a class; the nature of the claims alleged; your right to participate in, or exclude yourself from, the class; a proposed settlement; and how you can claim an award of advertising credits under the settlement. Please read the attached notice.

I got it too...i have no idea if this is a scam, but seems like all the adwords users got this e-mail and only google would have that info, unless google got hacked...

Look at the html code of the email. It doesn't go to clicksettlement.com:

If google does not confirm of this then i would say it is a massive attempt to infect people with sophisticated trojans to get financial info such as creditcard details.
So if you have opened the .PDF you might be infected.

Don't trust on your AV set up since you might be infected anyway!

It was a very catchy subject line now wasn't it? Creative thinking from the phishers if it is truly a scam.
