it´s the infinitiv of a german verb: has different meanings like e.g. when getting the money for a cheque at a bank you would say something like "Ich möchte den Scheck einlösen" = "I wanna cash the cheque" <- dunno if the English translation is correct, but I guess you get the meaning...

despite of that it´s a IDN... if you have as well the non-IDN version einloesen.com you might get a few bucks for it, else I fear you will have a hard time selling that one...
