Hey friends. Tell me value of this domain.

I like it. After a fast check i see some possible restaurants which maybe want this name. Nice.

Well, since this domain has dropped from the restaurant, that has closed, it is nothing special really.
You better have twogrand, threegrand, fourgrand etc. taken, when a potential buyer (which would in this case most likely be someone in the money industry) appears. That will however probably take some time now.

A name for something in a mountain town with an elevation around 8k. Restaurant, coffee joint, bike shop, sporting shop, etc. etc. etc.???? Population is low in places of such elevations so demand would be low but after thinking money right off that is where my next thought went.

I would just treat it as a brandable. Make a logo, explain why EightGrand is better than all the other Grands (something like 8 symbolizes prosperity and wealth, which ideally goes with money, therefore you get bigger interest on the chinese market) and hopefully profit.

Dont know if it would be profitable to hold for a small town business...
