(including dynamic pictures, text, etc.) + $50 for music.

If u need creative design i will ask my friends to do one for u.....their site is http://www.lasercom.ru and u won't pay separately.....if u choose flash i will anyway ask them for design, or if u have your own design, and your have an idea how to make site, that would cost you much cheaper.......

choose "ëþáîãî ðàçìåðà" in the box "Ïîêàçàòü áàííåðû:" instead of just looking at 468x60 or 100x100........

Sure does. But sadly it's hard to get any business on these forums, with or without flash. You may get lucky every once in a while though.
