Might be abit hard to sell since its area-limited, you should try searching for end users or possible buyers as i doubt you would earn much from just auctioning it. Just my two cents

but you never know until you try! what you can add on in your emails is that you can trying asking them if they know any other end users that might be interested as well. Plus writing an email doesnt take that much time, just keep it short and sweet. eg:
Hi xxx

I currently own the domain xxxx dot com and was wondering if you or anyone you know might be interested in it. Please contact me at xxxxxx. Thank you
