One is probable trademark trouble and the other looks to be a spelling mistake. Both with a prefix that has waned in popularity.
I wouldn't have registered either of them.

Ebetify was previously on SquadHelp (non-premium) as make offer and obviously didn't get any good offers because the owner dropped it.

Ebeting is a spelling mistake and at best may have some value for type in traffic if there was a site on the correctly spelled version... which there isn't.

My end user speculation is 300k dollars.
