Ebay Scammer - I Need Help

I bought this TV, and paid by a Business Check. I'd like to know is there anyway to get my money back?

Exactly how does this relate to domain names?



You efforts would be rewarded easier if you asked these questions in the Ebay forums or in Ebay chat. I read all this looking for some slant towards domain names. Unless I am missing something, this has nothing to do with domain discussion.

Pretty sure "bad people or companies to deal with" is referring to in the domain business.

For instance, a company that does appraisals. This forum is for discussing when an appraisal company rips someone off. Pretty sure it does not mean any company that deals poorly, although interesting it does not relate to our business, domains.

Anyway, I have been wrong before, so someone correct me if I am here.
