Ebay Help!

I bid £1.64 for a PS2 game, which I double checked before I bid...

It now says my maxuim bid was £164 !!!!!!!!!!!!
For a PS2 GAME!

Is their ANYWAY! I can change my max bid?

You have to contact the seller and ask them to remove it. Hopefully they will! It may have been a typing error, but you have to be very careful when submitting a bid because the second you press submit - it becomes a binding contract.

I am not sure what went wrong. but I diffently put down £1.64!

I retratced, and the seller totally understood and he said no worries.

I sold all my old nike air jordans on ebay. Some broght in more money then I paid new for them. I guess they are a big collectors item now.

There is a, *ahem*, bad way of doing that if the seller won't let you retract...

Make a new account then outbid yourself...then don't pay...I haven't done this before, but if something like this happened I probably would (if the seller didn't let me change the bid).

the new account has your name on it.. therefore if you get 3 npb's all your accts are shut off.. that's a big NO-NO
