Needs development IMO. Hard to imagine a lot of type-ins. It is very catchy though.

Nice hand reg. That's mostly what I do and would have liked a 3 worder like that to have popped in my head.

Shouldn't be... there are tons of sites about products with the product names in the urls. I think it's just that the url can't BE the TM. (i.e. google.com -vs- googleisgreat.com)

Big time TM issues. Viagra protects there trademark. Sellers you see using the viagra name are Affilaites and resellers. They share in the profits. Believe me you dont want to mess with them. And if you sell it and the person who get it gets sued they can sue you for damages. Best to stay away.
