Nothing special and earthly is not some hot trending adjective. People will go for any extension of EarthBank before something like this. Your price is way too high.

Earth would be sweet. As for "Earthly"...not as much. Take offers on it, but I struggle. The ask of 5 figures is way too much...be happy with 3 if you found it. If you caught the interest of a serious banking institution (unlikely, as "earth" would be the baby), then reconsider. IMO
