Business just closed. Was kids indoor playland. 2k unique visitors each month with 10k page views per mo as well. This forum was suggested to see what veterans suggested. Park Page, AdSense, sell it locally to competitor?

A site like this would most likely quickly loose traffic and I doubt parking will bring in a steady stream of revenue. Your best bet is probably to sell to a local competitor. Right now the domain has several highly target backlinks and traffic so seems to be a good deal for a competitor.
