This time around, a guy by the name of “Aleks” whose locale is recorded as being Turkey, left a negative review with some pretty strong claims.
In his attempt to buy and pay for the domain, the self-professed entrepreneur from Dubai was allegedly denied completion of the transaction.

Because Astrian bank Raiffeisenbank still works in Moscow accept and send dollars and euros between EU and Russia, Italian unicredit bank and US citibank still works . Germany buys cheap russian oil. Eurospar largest food supplier open in Moscow.

Dan itself wouldn't proceed a payment, plus Citibank closed long time ago, UniCredit and Raiffeisen are foreign banks yet their assets are mostly russian and considered 'toxic' to their main offices, only Raiffeisen is able to regularly proceed international swift transfers yet they are limit such operations with so called 'barrier' conditions, so it's almost impossible for an average person to transfer or recieve money internationally.
Also all these Eurospar, Subway, Burger King etc are franchises controlled (or snatched like Eurospar) by russians.
Only Auchan and Leroy Merlin can be considered as true foreign companies.

"locale is recorded as being Turkey" together with "entrepreneur from Dubai" may be the key here. If the physical location of the user does not match his account details (and/or CC billing address), many online merchants would simply reject the payment. Customer service wouldn't (or could not) explain real fraud scoring process obviously...

so it's almost impossible for an average person to transfer or recieve money internationally.

One exception could be crypto payments as those payments don't include country and name/surname info.

In such cases and for many other marketplace related problems, buyers must contact sellers directly to bypass centralized, traditional marketplaces.
