I’ve sold donut domains for around a thousand but they were dot com. Unless some new national donut startup comes along, your target is local donut shops and they don’t have a lot of money and they’re not going to buy or even know about an off extension. Good luck.

There are many local shop named "Donuts World" in many countries and there is above average potential to sell to one of them but it needs a lot of marketing.
