I have a few domains with a bit of traffic, but I can't get click conversion.

I've even tried using the portal at Name Drive so as to find visitor 'search suggestions' but to no avail.

I'm usually very good at keyword optimisation and average over 30% conversion rate but these ones have me very very :-/ :-/ :-/

Domains in question are...

HugeAdvantage.com ImportantSecrets.com

:| I guess these two could relate to Gambling, Investment, Sport, Gaming, Education - Possibly even Sex (Viagra/Aphrodisiacs).

----------

BedroomNights.com BedSurf.com

These two also :-/ me. Even more so with BedroomNights.com that always receives regular views of the 'For Sale' page at Afternic.

Do you think the visitors, both traffic and sales page viewers, are looking for Sex, Bedroom Furniture, Lingerie ???

What do you think I should set them to???

Rep. for suggestions. :)

10 N.P.s for anybody who suggests the correct keywords that convert into :$: :$: :$:

We all park with the hope of covering our reg. fees and hopefuly some profit so maybe we could make a great thread from this, as I'm sure many of you have domains with similar problems.

List your traffic domains that don't convert and lets see if we can help each other improve.

If we can get our parking keywords right, it will also assist in hunting down the right type of end user.

Thanxxx

For HugeAdvantage.com, try playing with some coupon keywords for coupons maybe.

I have similar problems with a few domains. A lot of traffic but don't click shit. I think mine are foreign and I am not sure how to optimize.

virtual-caffe.com 16k visitors so far this month, only around $7 in revenue
toalette.org 2388 with 49 clicks
ipzz.com 518 visitors, and 9 clicks
maldita.org 449 with 16 clicks
dlsignplanet.com 443 with 9 clicks

bidstorm.net 1.54%

Dopa.com (the previous silverclicks) is the best so far.

i got launchview.com - recieves the most "offer" looks of all my domains, but I've had it almost a year now and never a single click...thankfully it was a broadband service before so Sedo won't allow me to really experiment with its keywords optimization. Bad investment I suppose but I'll most likely be renewing it anyway.

BedroomNights.com - I'd try "hotels" or "motels" as the keyword.

BedSurf.com - I'd try "laptop computer", "wireless keyboard" or "webtv". Maybe people are looking for products that help them to access the internet from bed.

I think it's a great domain, and with archive history like that, I'm suprised it does not get more traffic.

http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://launchview.com

I'm sure this could be marketed towards a Software Marketing Company.

I would try New Software or New Games as keywords.
