Domains with no trafic but high page rank

Sorry for my english, but i am not very skilled in )

I am looking for domains with high page rank (google) : 6 at less, over are welcome !

I don't care about name itself : it could be mlqsdjfmlqsdkfj.org (but it mustn't be distinctive)
I don't care about traffic : it could be only few hits a day
I am not looking for high traffic names, this is not my purpose. The less trafic it gets, better is it for me, because lessvalue it is )

Very Important :

No TM and no Names : ex : gordonassociates.com deltagpr.com and so on...
Domains down over a year are better for me (i don't want to get in trouble with previous owner, in any way)
Domains must have numerous and solid links listed in alltheweb or/and google (i don't want to get a domain with a page rank 2 or 3 at the next googledance).
Domains must have fair price

(I own over 600 domains names, so please don't try to sell me domain with prices like 2000$ !)
