Despite the .us extension - Not a bad name IMO ... I had my Domain Portfolio / Selling site on a .us in the past
Unless you can find a End User with a Great need for it - I don't see it Breaking the Low xxx$ range really - and would put it at Mid to High xx$ in a wholesale market ATM.
Look for End users in the area of setting up Reselling Hosting/Domain services - Maybe someone using a Enom API or a WildWestDomains reseller ....
If it has medium to high traffic (average of 500 unique views per day) then you'll be looking at high $xxx.xx USD. If it has low traffic then low $xxx.xx USD.
