This is one of the saddest common misconceptions at Namepros, and it's unfortunate that our new AI-generated "friend" is going to recycle nonsense.

It's also one of the reasons why assuming information about trademarks in an OP at Namepros is unlikely to be accurate. All too often, someone will post about some hypothetical situation and say something to the effect of:

Usually, this is because they registered a domain name like:

This-Domain-Name-Includes-A-Famous-Trademark-Like-Microsoft.com

...and they'll type all that nonsense into a trademark database and say, "There's no trademark for it."

If the problem there is not obvious then, really, the best advice that can be given is "Find something other than domain names to spend your money on."

Now, in the episode of this common problem shown here, we are given...

So, we don't know what, exactly, the domain name might be, but let's figure it is something along the lines of LegoConstruction.tld.

The basic question in any of this is:

"What made you think the domain name was valuable in the first place?"

I ran some pending US intent-to-use applications through it, and the tool makes no distinctions among pending applications, registrations, refused applications, etc..

I can see how they make a lot of money off of people who don't know any better, though.
