Domain Auction (silent) help!!

Hi,
I am in plan of bidding on a name which is in silent auction at Snapnames.com(with a low reserve $1500). What I want to know is If I bid above the reserve price eg: 2000$ for the domain nameand if there are no bidders Will I win it or does the owner have the right to decline my offer and keep the domain for himself. And also Can anyone say at what time does these auction end( which are due starting on 5th february).

Well, if the domain has a reserve - I imagine once you meet that minimum bid - the domain will sell to you.

Yes, make the bid and you own it if no one bids it up. Are you talking about Monikers extended domain auction shown thru Snapnames? You may have the dates wrong as this auction ends Feb 5th.

I have a few names in it myself and its nice to see people are putting their cash where it will grow.. domains.

You mean to say if the reserve is met and no one to bid the auction is going to end by 12.15 PST on 5th feb..
