Hello i am looking for someone who can create a simple yet nice looking skin for my forum www.dogforum.com.au

The design must look nice but not include any large images that would cause the site to run slow.

What im wanting is for someone to change the CSS of the site and edit a few images on the forum to make them dog related. So im not wanting a full skin just an edit of the default skin.
