Personally, this is excellent. I think much more than low-mid $xxx w/ site and traffic, you're talking mid $x,xxx with decent traffic developed and low $xx,xxx with revenue.

Here is my explanation:

Matt registered dnprofiles.com on domainsite.com because i don't have an account there. I paid him for the site.

Also, he appraised the domain for $xxx. He only appraised it in the thousands with traffic and revenue. He was simply appraising the domain. If it helps at all, i can easily set up an account at domainsite and have him transfer the domain to my account.

Another point: Here is the white pages information on both of us:

If you want to, go ahead and call us if you still believe that we are the same person. If you don't call us, you have no other way of proving it. Like I said before, if it helps at all, we can both supply photo id.

Matt and I logged in on the same computer probably only once, when I was at his house. And that was about a month or more ago.

One more thing, I know that Matt and I did not do anything wrong and that our accounts are being suspended/closed on false accusations. Your decisions are being led by assumptions you made from information that you got from a WHOIS directory. Think about that.

What other information do you need?

Nothing false about this accusation at all .... You two know each other well enough to log in on each others computers - so you have no reason to be posting behind each other in this way. Pumping up appraisals on a domain owned by either of you is silly , and the general fact it was actually OWNED by compuxp (Yes - whoever's name is on the Registrant info is considered the owner despite this Excuse) is just rediculous.

For the record , I closed your account to get your attention ! - You were asked/told 5 times to not PM me or discuss this in chat .... But to answer this Thread in Private Messages to Staff.

Also for the Record - I never touched compuxp's account , It was shut down for just being himself in chat ....

It took over 3 days to get this reply finally ....

Alright, sorry for the trouble. I will set up an account on domainsite as soon as possible and have him transfer the domain. This way it will be "owned" by me. Here is a pm that Matt sent me the first time you closed my account:

Hey Eric,

I won't be home most of Saturday, we're going to Nauvoo, but Mark (a mod) closed your account earlier today

He thought you were me, since DNProfiles.com has my WHOIS info, and your account had my IP address since it was where you last logged in (my comp on Monday, or at least recently.)

So.... I explained to him the deal

You still don't get it do you ? - I DON'T care who you two are - I do care that you two would Be close enough friends to each other that you log in through the same computers and supposedly place domains in each others names while appraising the Domain ...... If you know each other this well , You have no business Appraising or bidding on anything of the other persons at all ...... The appraisal part is considered pumping up the price ... If either of you were to bid on the others domains it would be considered a shill bid.

Any staff member at Any forum or site with the information we have (Logging in through the same systems - and the whois ONLY matching one person) Would see this the same way.

There's a lot more to this industry than just registering a domain .... that doesn't make a domainer to me .... Common sense and ethics need to be in the mix as well !
