The extension isn't great. Reg fee in resale market undeveloped, more with development or if sold to a right end user.

I would go a little higher then reg fee . low to mid xx :imho:

But extension hurts.

IMO the name is good for a domaining forum, unless you can find other meanings for 'dn'. Also bear in mind that 'dn' is a domainer term that the public at large is not aware of. The .org TLD does fit as long as it is not for profit use.
High $$ IMO.
BTW there is a forum called NameClub.com that is run by Elequa (in Arabic) :hehe:
