Normally I am not a bit .mobi fan as a matter of fact this is my first .mobi purchase. I couldnt help it though. Dings gets searched a lot and it kinda even has to do with cell phones. Like ding alerts. Since ding is a sound I figured dings.mobi just might work. Dings gets searched around 80 times a day and has over 6 million results on google. Im not very familiar with .mobi domains and I am not even sure if the google and search results are relevant. But never the less its mine and I am gonna try and sell it!

Let me know what you guys think, and how much you would value it at! Thanks a lot!

Considering yesterdays Sedo auction on .Mobi, one can only guess at it's value. take for instance pets.mobi sold for a higher price than creditdebt.mobi <== I would have never imagined.
Good luck ! I regged a few .Mobi myself today :)

Southwest airlines might end up buying it from you. I actually think that is the name of their travel alerts program. Good reg.

And like SirDrago said, I think it is very very difficult to appraise .mobis. Just in case they take off though, I have about 100 or so registered myself. May or not pay off.

On a side note, I was offered about $400 for two .mobis I own. PR2.mobi and PR3.mobi. I know it is a strange combo, but I think the buyer wanted them for the google association to "page rank". I declined the offer, but if I could have fetched $200 apiece for those I would think that Dings.mobi would be worth something. The only other .mobi offer I have had was for Deployed.mobi. It has about 60 million results in google and not sure of the search frequency. I was offered $300 for it if it means anything. I declined that as well though. I have long term faith in .mobi.

That is very cool. With that in mind, do you think since their thing is ding instead of dings that they would still be interested. How do I pursue something like this. Do I make a bold offer to SW or would I tell them I have it and let them make the offer. Im not sure how to pursue, any help would be great!
