.Name is not worth anything in my opinion. Look at the fact that businessess do not want to use a domain tld intentially for a personal site.

That's what I've been wondering about all along!

Although not knowing as much about things as many people here, this looks like a nice safe bet. The .name reg. will grow, as will all of the better-known extentions purely because the TLD's ARE being used up. You only have to look at the 'Rubbish Domain List' thread to see people will register ANYTHING if it has .com .org .net on the end of it!

Developing this site into a resource centre - tips on how to (how orginal for the name!) develop your websites, links to resources etc and some good marketing would increase on the price.
