Designers Wanted

Please excuse the vagueness of this offer, but I caannot really get into details

I am looking for a number of good designers who can create layouts / templates for me for upcoming projects.

What I am looking for is someone who is able to create SE friendly designs. My clients are in extremely competitive online industries and for SEO purposes they
require that their sites be Search engine friendly. (Example: Navigation is done using Text and CSS not images and roll overs) See DomainToolBox.com

Things I require:

- Designer must be prepared to provide a design that is acceptable to the client. (This is not as difficult as it sounds)

- Designer must provide me with orginial PSD or PNG File either one of my staff or myself will cut and create html

- All Work must be original (This has been a problem in the past)

- Anybody who works with me MUST be prepared to sign non disclosure agreement.

ive got an extensive portfolio of #1 google sites but that doesnt come real cheap.

No these are not for templates and yes they will only be used once.

There is no site involved all we want is the design layout i.e. PSD, PNG file. There is no HTML work involved

Prices are negotiated on a "Per Site Design Basis"
