I'm not seeing a problem. You are in possession of an acronym that the government either does not want or are waiting for you to make the first move. I have a similar conundrum. I beat everyone to AuthorsRank.com, Google and Amazon are both operating with AuthorRank.(com), the latter, Amazon, a concept.

It really is hard to say how to proceed with 'apparent' value.
