High $xx - Low $xxx resale, great keyword but bad extension. Develop or find end user I would say.

Low xxx$ resale because of the extension but a nice keyword. If you can prove that this domain actually can generate money will a price of cause be based on actually revenue and could be much higher because (as you also mentioned) dedicated servers is a high priced keyword. Great domain for a price comparison site or related.
