domain debate.it, thoughts?

I think it has quite a bit of potential for development. It's certainly one of those names that is 'begging for development', I realize that, but how much do you believe it may be worth to re-sell?

Hmm.. just debating whether to give an actual dollar figure for a suggestion. How much a domain name for an undeveloped niche is worth... it's debatable. Hehehe... sorry, couldn't help myself. :P Hey at least you got a free bump.

But the point here I'm actually trying to make is: the name probably isn't going to be worth much other than it's registration price, until there is at least *some* development of that niche.

I suggest using the domain with a message board, start a few threads (there are soooo many things to debate about from politics, movies, hip-hop, you-name-it) and let the search engines pick up the pages -- it's a no-brainer, and an un-tapped market. Exposure should be easy, and free.

I think if you do things this way, it's value can easily sky-rocket. You may not even want to sell it.
