Hi,
'Deal At Cheap' doesn't quite make sense. 'Deal Cheap' would roll better, or 'Cheap Deals'. Also, the word 'cheap' sounds a bit.. well, cheap
For me, something like 'budget' or even 'low cost' is a nicer way to convey 'inexpensive' in a name.
