Hi all, Not sure this post should be in here but wasn't sure where to put it!

Scenario:

• Items for sale

• list of items stored in an excel spreadsheet and updated on a weekly basis

• Webpage needed with a list of items for sale from the excel spreadsheet

• weekly item list needs to be reflected on website

Can this be done?

The server doesn't have PHP but they people enquiring about this do have an always on internet connection.

Can be done if server has perl 4 or perl 5 ortherwise NO

It can be done.

There are more and more softwares that are coming nowadays and hence it is possible.

If you hav a knowledge of PHP ASP or CGI, you can do it.

CGI and PEARL is a good combination and it works great in that combination...!

Well, I think, hat you need server-side scripts. If server don't have PHP,ASP, PERL, CGI and etc. it would be harder to realise (but possible).
