they are not very popular names, so I think that for people with these names they are of great value, especially to tech-savvy ones.

As rightly said above, these are not very popular names; hence finding the right buyers won’t be very easy. Still they have some value for the fact that they could be used as first or last names, worth mid-high $xx (reseller) imo.
