I think the logo that accompanies a domain name can make or break it. Brand names don't always work in isolation. They tend to piggyback on their creative mark. I curious about the logo on bb.

That is interesting , I hear different opinions about logos.
Anyway I can't remember BBs logo and I did not save it as it was their copyright. I have my own little gif that I am using to promote it. But it is just a placeholder as such.

The domain names that I have personally sold the fastest had logos attached to them. For example, I had skinmuse.com a few months ago. I did an outreach asking for $1k and got no interest. I created a $50 logo and sent it out to the same people and sold it in 2 days for about $1,450 on godaddy. I'm sure I could have gotten more.

The real challenge with selling on brandable websites is that their customers often have MANY options to choose from. Sometimes, you have to put in a little extra effort and do an outreach yourself. From what I have experienced, having a logo helps.
