domain CXJH (dot) Com......(Please Help me)

Can somone give a good price or some good advice to sell CXJH(dot)com. This guy emailed me wanting to buy it last week and actuly went through a privacy thing to email me. The name is bought up in (.net, .org, .info, .cn, .com.cn, .tk) And I have the .com version of it, so obviously somone wants this name real bad. I also noticed that CXJH(dot)org was just purchased from somone in china last Friday.

Any suggestions or a good price to sell it to him for, I dont want to be rooked and I don't want to rook him. I got to get back to him tommorrow.

First, make sure they don't ask for an appraisal as a requirement to purchase. If you are unsure about the price, hold it for a few more months. Generally, your 4-letter .com is valued at reg fee due to two undesirable letters (x and j). If it's getting traffic, then value would be based on that.
