Customize OS Commerce

I will send you the home page graphic files and I need
you to customize an OSCommerce store to look just like the PDF I will be
sending you. It really is a simple design. You don't even have to do edit the graphic file.

Once you get the look down I will need you to make the store so that no one can check out (people can not buy anything) - it's not going to function totally like a store - it's most just going to show the products.
