Hello!
I am looking to have a website created for a card grading business. Customers will mail us their cards and we will grade them. I do want customers to be able to track their order as we process it.
Our main site I would like to have the following pages
• Home
• Grading (Where they can submit their order and find information on our process)
• SNC Database (Where they can search previous cards graded)
• Customer Care (Contact us page)
• Showcase (A live feed from Instagram of previously graded cards)
• Login (Where they can access their orders and track them)
From an administrator standpoint, I’d like to be able to update orders in the following process:
• Preparing (Customer first places order, inputs information on all cards submitted in an online form)
• Shipping In (Customer inputs tracking information for their package)
• Receiving (We sort through orders; mark as received and create a custom serial number for each card received)
• Grading (A staff member completed a form for each card with grades and specifics on the card. A custom video is uploaded and attached to that cards serial number)
• Inspection (A staff member confirms the grade and prepares it for shipping)
• Shipping Out (A staff member will upload tracking information for the order placed)
If you have ever seen Dominos.com, they have a very user-friendly tracking process. I’d like something similar!
The SNC Database will also be a bigger project where people can search for previously graded cards. I’d like for it to show the video on the left side of the page for the card and then the feedback on the right.
As far as timeline goes, I’d like to be up and running by December. I’m hoping to be able to test by the beginning of December. I’d like to have someone who is able to make changes and continue to improve the website in the future (paid work, of course).
I have drawn up mocks of what each of the pages should look like.
Please let me know if you have any questions or think you are able to take on a project like this. I am looking for an estimate on the price as well, so I wasn't sure what to put for the budget. Thank you for your time!
