Allows users to generate funny cyber dog tags
some features:
1- error checking for the field length
2- the tag image orientation can be changed
3- users can use any combination of the available 3 lines
4 - users can opt to host the image off the servers (i.e. have it stored for them to use the link, such as on social networking sites etc. this can be a real traffic magnet because of the nature of site, and the fact the images are watermarked with the site name)
