Very nice name if you are involved in CSS. Easy to build traffic with web-builders. How to make money on it? ... I really don't have a clue.

Anyway... I thing you have a good name, well invested money to build a site on.

but dont really have the time to develop the site...

however i believe..in the right hands..this domain can go far!....
i also have a blogger accountt which i just can't find the time to move foward

I think low-mid $xx to the right buyer. A little with an ideal buyer actually looking for this particular name or who has a site sold out to CSS. Very brandable I think.

Nice name, but undeveloped probably just low-mid $xx unless you get a motivated buyer.

Still, pretty simple to develop, just stick a links directory script on it and add links to a few css resources.
