I like the idea. One thing that might lose some visitors is that the main content takes a sec to load. People are impatient.
I would add some static content right up front to catch their attention while the video loads.

I would coordinate the logo colors to the footer and header a bit better. I like the background. It is almost unnoticable, but its' there. I would make the chat box a bit wider and longer. Saves scrolling efforts.

Fix the adsense so it is not hanging off the side and add some content.

Like I said, finished it will be nice.
