This domain I got in 1999 when the Belgium marked opened.
Is this something worth only for Belgium or could this be interesting
to for international B.

Easily worth mid to high $xxx in my opinion.

If there are end users still looking for credit card names, you've got a real winner.

I see you have it redirecting to a personal homepage? You might try parking it or throwing up related google adsense content ads for credit cards. With a tiny bit of promotion you can probably make some good $ from that as well.

Nice, nice name.

Very Low XXXX

Great choice...

No explaination nessissary is there?

Well it's not worth more because .be, belgium, isn't a very big country. Also the word "be" doesn't really fit eigher. However you can't do any better with keywords. Great choice.

but not in these, theplace2.be and theplace.be ;)
But you wright .be is not .com
But again in Brussel is the Euroheadquarter and is the Englisch language more
accepted and daily used than a country like Germany.de or France.fr.
So I think not only domain numbers, for every country ttl, tel most importand.

Whenever you get sex.be or buy.be you can go ahead and sell them to me. I'll even be generous and pay $100 over reg fee if you want ;)

The keyword here is so great, it overcomes any problem with the extension, IMHO.

100% a european country ttl can be really worth something when the
keyword is good.

@superprorgrammer:
Look the Google results and see to that there are Euro country ttl's
that score higher than a similair versions .com
Naturaly its the best to have the .com version.
But when it come's to it, I believe that its first the .com version that poeple trie and after that they choose for there own country tll.
And mabe after that they mabe choose .info, .net etc..

I really think only domainers based on belgium are going to be able to give you a realistic about what this is worth, therefore I'll refrain from giving an appraisal.

Sorry, my appraisal was targeted on international customers
When it comes to creditcards they would hardly type that
Of course taking country into consideration this is worth $xxx
Good luck

I think you wright with that.
I sold for a 2 years the domain verlichting.be for XX00,- EUR.
And I am sure that wen I would put that here that nobody
would go higher than $X
Verlichting.be means reduction or lightning.

So creditcards could be more word for an Belgium bank or creditcardcompagnie.
Or is this idea not wright. Would a internationalcompagny
mabe more eager to spend more for an 1A keyword?

If you think of .be soley in terms of some alternative extension like .sc or .ws it is likely this name is worth very little. I really doubt you'd get an "international company" interested in the name on that basis. The only people who buy names like that are small webmasters, even the best of this variety of name gets a few hundred dollars, like casino.ws which sold for $440 recently-one of the highest .ws sales ever.

However looking at the name in those terms is likely missing the picture, .be is an established country code as far as I am aware, so if this name is valuable it would be due to people with knowledge of the belgium market having an interest in it. I have no idea if the name is a good .be or not as I know little about the local language, word usage etc, it could be worth just a nominal sum or perhaps it is worth quite a lot.

The extension is local, but not so unknown in the EU, .be could also stand for benelux, that's Belgium, Netherlans and Luxemburg for you Yankies..:D

Very smart of you :)
I am a .be agent myself and never before thought on this benelux variation.
Good to know.

Btw did any of the Yankies know that lang ago the word Yankies is invented
by the way they used to cal the Dutch emigrants in the USA .
The Dutch where called for there very blond hair and cheese eating
habits "Jan Kaas" and after many centuries this was changed in Yankies :)
