hmm I asked others and they have no issue. All you do is go to www.coinipo.io and then click white paper form the menu at the top.

If someone cant get the most basic <a href > tag on their homepage fixed, why should anyone trust them with their money?

Actually it isn't a <a href> issue. It's an issue on your side. We have tested the site with hundreds of different people and this issue has never come up. However, I have adapted the site just now. Have a look now. I have embedded PDF viewer which can also allow maximisation to a full blown PDF.
