It doesn't appear they have too much action going on there..Looks like the time they had the most users online was around when they made that post..It may not be a scam, but you won't be making big bucks living from home off it.lol

I wouldn't say they are hiring... if they are paying five bucks per response that is valid.. depends how much they are paying for the google ads.. I do like your blog though.
