This, of course, would be a totally different story if you had FindCourses.com which is a 5-figure name.

It just goes to show that correct grammar means a lot in domain name.

A cool find...and a sweet find are common English expressions.
Public record and loans search are grammatically correct.
...as for the other domains...I have no idea why they sold for that much....
We base our domain evaluations on what we believe will.most likey happen...people buy weird domain names all the time!!! We do not have a crystal ball...If you strongly believe in a domain...then you should disregard appraisals...probably avoid them as well.
