In Portuguese, you would probably replace the "and" with "e" - as in SãoToméePríncipe.com - Which I see is taken.

As it is, it's kind of a mixed language IDN. English speakers can't really type it in. And Portuguese speakers most likely wouldn't type in "and" - although they could.
