Template - $150.00.
Normally my templates are around $200 - $250, but seeing as this is not a custom design as such, I'll sell it for just $150 including customization, coding, etc. I'd ask that at that price a 'design by' link to my site/email be retained on it.

Feel free to make a different offer - the closer to my figure the better obviously

Domain - $80.00
Nice catchy domain that I considered keeping. So around $80.00 is my figure. Again, feel free to make a lower offer but that's what it's worth to me.

The Lot - $200.00
Buy the lot, makes it nice and easy for all involved! This is the amount I would be prepared to sell the package for.
