Content Site, Aged .com domain. About Computer Crime, Identity Theft and more.
I have a content site totaling 22 pages for sale. The .com domain http://no_url_shorteners/5vbfxg has been around since Feb 2005 and was a different (related) site before that still has many backlinks.
This new site hasn't had much promotion yet. Content and keyword research is more of my forte. It wasn't my plan to sell, but due to an unexpected expense, I need the extra cash.
*It is already indexed in Google, Yahoo, and MSN. Google fluctuates - but as of yesterday, it had every page indexed.
1) It has 15 unique, well-written articles optimized for well-paying, niche keywords. All articles are between 250-400 words.
2) These keywords are less competitive than their broad relatives in the Identity Theft & Computer Crime market.
3) Thus, with the proper promotion, article marketing, additional backlinks, etc...these pages should rank very well for high paying search terms.
4) Many of the articles use affiliate links from CJ and Clickbank, in addition to adsense.
5) Pages include Privacy Policy, Contact Us, Useful Links, About Us, Sitemap, 1 sourced (and credited) article, and 1 page of news from RSS feeds - so the site currently totals 22 pages.
6) The template used is a free dreamweaver template, but its look has been customized with different colors, textures, and ad placements.
7) The domain is registered at GoDaddy until 8/24/09.
A lot of work went into keyword research & writing quality articles. The domain itself is worth xxx-x,xxx. This isn't just some 5 page mini-site - it could be quite profitable over time if you put some marketing effort behind it, as it is now. Of course, it can be enhanced upon and taken even further if you wish.
The right offer will still be at a fraction of the cost of what this will be worth once promoted properly. Please PM me with any offers or questions.
